Senior Technician
Socrates Architects are looking for a self-motivated and talented Senior Technician to join the team.
We are looking for talented individuals to join our Jersey studio to further our award-winning reputation.
We are keen to talk to Senior Technicians with 10 or more years of experience, design skills, construction knowledge, and the ability to think strategically. Site experience is essential.
To be considered you should have:
– 10 or more years experience.
– Experience in working on high-profile projects.
– Minimum 2 years of working experience in Jersey.
– Technical knowledge, construction knowledge, presentation skills, and the ability to think strategically.
– The ability to liaise with clients and external consultants to establish brief, cost, site, and construction requirements.
– Proficiency in preparing detailed drawings as required for design development, authority approval, and construction.
